In all of the recent debate over Gov. Jim Doyle's $58 billion budget, the focus was on how much spending wouldcome out of state government over the next two years. Noticeably absent from the political rhetoric was how Wisconsin could generate wealth to pay for all of the welfare spending.

Recognizing that no business group or political leadership has a plan forWisconsin's economic future, theWisconsin Conservative Leadership Coalition has made this issue the focus of its 2008 "Future Wisconsin" conference. Since 2005, the annual Future Wisconsin conference has been dedicated to finding solutions to Wisconsin's problems without founding more government programs and spending more of the taxpayer's money.

The fourth annual Future Wisconsin conference will be held on Saturday, April 5th, 2008 at Bluemound Gardens Conference Center in Wauwatosa, WI. WISN Radio talk show host, Jay Weber will be the master of ceremonies for the conference.
